Made to be kept, not discarded.

Mymo’s environmental approach begins with a simple principle: an official memory should be valued and retained, not designed as a short-lived giveaway.

01

Our approach

We aim to design Mymo editions as considered keepsakes with an enduring connection to the event. We seek to balance quality, usefulness, personalisation, and presentation so that the physical edition has a purpose beyond the moment it is received.

02

Product and material choices

Where practical, we will consider durability, material efficiency, packaging volume, recyclability, and the suitability of available paper, print, sleeve, and presentation options. Product specifications may vary by event, rights holder, region, and fulfilment arrangement.

03

Programme design

Each Mymo programme can be planned around demand, order windows, personalisation, and delivery routes. We will seek to avoid avoidable overproduction and unnecessary handling, while recognising that event requirements, minimum production quantities, and approved supplier options may create practical limits.

04

Suppliers and fulfilment

We aim to work with suppliers and fulfilment partners that can meet programme requirements responsibly. During supplier selection and programme planning, we may consider relevant quality, production, packaging, delivery, and waste-management practices alongside commercial and operational needs.

05

Delivery and logistics

We will consider fulfilment location, order consolidation, packaging protection, and delivery method when planning a programme. Our aim is to support a reliable customer experience while reducing unnecessary shipping, replacement, and packaging wherever reasonable.

06

Digital alongside physical

Mymo may pair a physical edition with a digital image or experience. This can help make the official memory available promptly while preserving the physical item as a considered keepsake, rather than relying on multiple physical formats for the same moment.

07

Review and improvement

We will continue to review materials, suppliers, fulfilment routes, and programme data as Mymo develops. We will look for realistic opportunities to improve the environmental performance of our programmes while preserving the quality and official nature of the final edition.

08

Working with partners

Environmental priorities work best when considered early with event organisers, rights holders, sponsors, and suppliers. We welcome discussion of programme-specific objectives, including packaging, delivery, material, or reporting requirements, at the planning stage.

Draft general environmental policy — complete any programme-specific targets, supplier standards, and reporting commitments only after they have been formally agreed and can be substantiated.
