Website terms of use.
These terms set out the basis on which the Mymo website is made available, how access requests are handled, and the principles that apply to enquiries about Mymo programmes.
01About these terms
In these terms, “Mymo”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to the Mymo service and brand presented on this website. By accessing this website or submitting an enquiry, you agree to use it in accordance with these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
02Website access
We may make all or part of this website available to selected audiences, including prospective clients, event organisers, partners, and their representatives. Access may be changed, suspended, or withdrawn at any time. You must not attempt to interfere with the site, bypass access controls, introduce harmful code, or use the site for an unlawful purpose.
03Confidential access
Where Mymo provides a concept page, portfolio, proposal, private demonstration, or other restricted material, it is supplied for evaluation only. You must not copy, share, publish, reverse engineer, or use that material for any purpose outside a genuine discussion with Mymo unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
04Intellectual property
The Mymo name, logo, artwork, imagery, software, designs, copy, layouts, demonstrations, and related materials are protected by intellectual property rights. Nothing on this website grants you a licence to use any Mymo material, except for viewing it in connection with a permitted enquiry.
05Enquiries, proposals, and orders
Website content and access-request responses are not an offer to supply products or services. Any programme scope, price, payment schedule, order quantity, image rights, production specification, fulfilment arrangement, delivery time, and cancellation rights will be confirmed in a separate written agreement or applicable purchase terms.
06Event and image rights
Mymo programmes may rely on permissions, approvals, image rights, brand guidelines, venue arrangements, and third-party content. The relevant organiser, rights holder, partner, customer, or supplier remains responsible for the permissions and approvals allocated to them in the applicable written agreement.
07Accuracy and availability
We aim to keep this website accurate and current, but content may change as products, partnerships, and programmes develop. The site is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that all content is complete, current, or suitable for a particular purpose.
08Contact and applicable law
Questions about these terms can be sent through the Mymo contact form. The governing law, legal entity name, registered address, and formal dispute process should be confirmed in the final published version of these terms once Mymo’s operating entity and market are settled.
Draft policy content — have a qualified legal adviser review this page, and complete the operating-entity, registered-address, and governing-law details before public publication.
